Returns & Refunds
1. RETURN PERIOD
We offer a 14-day return period, during which customers may return their package without providing a reason. The 14-day period starts from the day the package is received. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to us within this timeframe.
2. RETURN CONDITIONS
• All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in a resellable condition, with all original tags attached.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
•Sale Items: Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
• Late Returns: Items that exceed the 14-day return window will not be accepted.
• We do not accept returns for underwear or socks.
3. REFUNDS
We only offer refunds to the original payment method. We do not offer refunds via gift cards or store credit.

• Refunds are processed within 10 business days after your return arrives at our warehouse.
• Once the refund is issued, you will receive an email confirmation.
• Please note it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
4. EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or item, you will need to place a new order.
5. CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled as it is immediately processed in our warehouse.
6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@lemilla.com. Our team will assess the issue and provide the best possible solution.
7. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
• Returns are at your own cost, and the cost depends on the courier and country of return.
• We are not responsible for customs duties or taxes on returned items.
• Please keep your proof of shipment until your return is processed. We cannot assist with lost packages without tracking information.
8. RETURN PROCESSING TIME
• Returns are processed within 10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
• You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
